1. Eligibility for Refunds

Because all of our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly after purchase. However, we understand that issues may occur, so we offer a 5-day refund policy on all purchases.
If you’re not satisfied with your digital product, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for your order
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A short explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Approval

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Once your refund is processed, you must delete all copies or files of the digital product from your devices.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made after 5 days of purchase
  • The product has been downloaded and used extensively
  • The request is made without a valid reason or proof of technical issue

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you experience a technical issue or missing file, we will replace or resend the digital download free of charge.
